If you choose to continue after your $85 intro credit runs out, we’ll charge you on the first of every month for leads received the previous month.

We want to ensure Glass.com creates a positive Return On Investment (ROI) for your business. Therefore, we will work with you on any leads for which you believe you should receive credit. Simply ensure the lead qualifies for credit by referencing our Lead Credit Guidelines and submit a Lead Credit Request using our form. 

When you receive a lead, that lead will be immediately added to your invoice. 

We process invoice payments on the first of each month for the leads received the previous month.

Referrals are tracked through 2 types of clicks: clicks to your own website, and clicks on Google Maps for directions (if applicable). Customers access these links through your own company’s profile listing. Some customers prefer reaching out this way, rather than filling out a form or calling. 

Leads are customers who have undergone a five-step qualification process, been matched with your company’s services and service area, and have chosen to work with your company. You will receive the customer’s zip code, a description of their vehicle, their name, contact information, and other helpful details. Once you receive a lead, simply call them to schedule the replacement!
