technician showed up exactly on time, friendly and assured me it wouldnt take too long. it was very hot, but he continued until he was finished. he said i might want to replace one windshield washer so it would not make marks on the new windshield. all in all, a very pleasant experience. i would recommend glass.com for anyone needing a windshield service. price was reasonable since my insurance did not cover it. thank you.
