The tech that arrived replaced the rear glass and it came out fine BUT the whole time he was here he was blasting music in the driveway and complaining to my wife about his vacuum being broken and he has to get another one before his next appointment. Needless to say he left glass in our back seat that I had to clean up. Did the job get done? Yes. But the tech could be more professional and not blast music in people driveways or complain to the customers about their job and tools they don’t have to do the job properly.
The technician was amazing, however there were many scheduling issues and they turned up with the wrong windshield one time, also the windshield they did install had scratches so it had to be replaced again which was very inconvenient. Their customer service regarding the scratches and replacement was great.

I applied for an appointment on-line on a Sunday. The next day, someone from the company called and we made an appointment for Wednesday. Early Wednesday, the installer called to set up a time. He showed up right on time, and within 45 minutes, he had replaced the windshield. He was polite and professional. I would have no problem using this company again.

Bill called me to tell me what his schedule was and showed up right on time. Was professional and courteous and completed the work in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them and you can't beat their prices.
Mike called as promised, before 9, to set a time. He showed up promptly, maybe even a few minutes early, got right to work and did a very neat, clean, professional job. He easily saved and transfered my stickers to the new windshield. Nothing bad to say at all about the whole deal. I originally contacted them on line and got a call back almost immediately, on a Sunday! Glass was installed on Tuesday.
