The technician showed within the time frame I was given. He was courteous and completed the job in good time. I have no complaints and these days that is commendable. The shop did not reach out to me within four hours of me booking the appointment because I booked it the night before when they were closed. Thank you.

Although the first Technician supposedly to work on my car on 2/27/19 did not arrive after my two calls then later cancelled out due to an emergency he attended, your second Technician named Pable Laura completed the work yesterday. He made couple of phone coordination prior to his arrival and complete the task earlier than I expected. I commend him for his excellent job.
The glass man knew what he was doing. Also cleaned up very well.Friendly and let me watch the whole install. explained what he was doing the whole time. Give that man a raise, he deserves it.
The tech that came out was great. He finished quickly and came within the window of time he had set earlier in the day.
The young lady that took my call was extremely helpful & was even able to get me scheduled for same day service which was great & totally unexpected. Troy came out & replaced my windshield promptly. He was professional & knowledgeable. Wish more companies had this level of customer service from the initial call to the completion of the work order. Definitely will recommend this company.
