The technician Tim, called me on the day of the service to arrange for a time and place that we could meet and have the windshield replaced. Tim was there when he said he would be and accomplished the work in a timely manner. He was very pleasant to deal with and has a good sense of humor.

I received a call from a very friendly customer service agent after getting the quote online. She let me know a technician would call me the next day between 7:30 AM and 9 AM to schedule a time to come. The following day I received a call within that time slot from the technician giving me a 2 hour window in which he would show up. He showed up on time and worked quickly to replace my window. He was super friendly and worked fast!
