They couldn't give me a date for installation.
tech was super nice , Except I cant adjust my rearview correctly , Trim panel is in the way , unsure of what to do about it ,
I was sent the quote as requested, albeit with my name misspelled. But the guy called the Friday morning as promised, showed up as indicated, and was here for only an hour. He came well equipped with power tools and clearly had worked on these models before. The work was professional, and while he had no means to give me a paper receipt, he did send an email with all the details, which meets my needs fine. I appreciated the effort and professionalism. There were a very few shards of glass in the passenger footwell afterwards, but the removed windshield looked to me from a distance as intact except for the crack across it which made me call for replacement in the first place. So I cannot be sure that was not from a prior replacement by some other shop which had not cleaned it well. His work was clean, and he even washed the windshield after the install to remove the manufacturing film residue. Nice job.
the service technician was prompt in replacing the back windshield on my car. if I have need of window replacement for my car in the future I will most definitely call again and ask for the same technician
