My experience is very unsatisfactory. I got a scratch on my car's hood after changing the windshield. And the two people who worked after changing the glass disappeared without contacting me. My car was parked in the parking lot of the mall. It was a really ridiculous and disappointing company. If anyone tries to get their car glass replaced through glass.com, I would definitely not recommend it.
