It was a great experience. Door glass was smashed by a vandal. Went online and found Ultimate Auto Glass through Glass.com. They gave me an estimate online. They called and we set up an appointment. The tech came out and did the work in 30 minutes. He was very professional and diligent. The damage occurred on December 24 and it was repaired on December 28. All in all, it was a very good experience. Good service at a reasonable price!

Excellent. I had an appointment to get my windshield replaced at another vendor that gave me a price of $818. I passed an Auto Glass Now while driving and gave them a call. Donna was super friendly and helpful. They gave me quote of $465 (ended up being $500 w/tax etc). I checked the reviews and they varied, good and bad. The place looks pretty sketchy and does not have a waiting room, but I rather pay less for the repair than have a luxurious waiting area. They got a windshield for me the next day and installed and calibrated the electronics in less than an hour and a half. Robert, the other service rep that handled my repair was also excellent. Praise the Lord I saw their sign and followed up with a phone call. The work looked great and they have an excellent warranty. BTW, the Honda dealership quoted me $1,450 and Safelite, recommended by my insurance company, was going to be $945. I will use them again, for sure.
