The role
We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our fleet claims operation, working directly alongside our Customer Service Manager. You’ll help process fleet glass claims from intake through completion — coordinating between fleet partners, drivers, and our network of glass shops to keep jobs moving. This is a great opportunity for someone with an auto industry or insurance claims background who wants flexible, part-time hours now with a real path to grow as our fleet business scales — this role has potential to expand into a full-time position.
What you’ll do
- Support our Customer Service Manager directly
- Take and process fleet glass claims via phone and email
- Coordinate scheduling between drivers, fleet partners, and glass shops
- Track claims through to completion and flag anything stuck or delayed
- Enter and maintain accurate claim data in our systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with fleet partner contacts, drivers, and shop owners
- Troubleshoot issues that arise from drivers, shops, or fleets
What we’re looking for
- Insurance claims or auto industry experience strongly preferred — body shop, auto glass, claims adjusting, fleet/dispatch, or similar background
- Comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with contacts
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and follow-through focused
- Comfortable learning new software/systems (training provided)
- Based in or near Lancaster, PA — remote day-to-day, with occasional in-person training/check-ins
- Your own fast, reliable computer and internet, and a quiet, focused work environment
Schedule & pay
- 20 hours/week, afternoons: 1:00–5:00 PM ET or 2:00–6:00 PM ET (some flexibility), with room for growth
- Starting at $20/hour · paid bi-weekly
- Remote work, with occasional in-person training/check-ins in the Lancaster, PA area
Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper — Fleet Invoicing
View details & apply ↓
The role
We’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper/accountant to manage the invoicing side of our fleet claims business in QuickBooks Online — processing incoming vendor (shop) invoices and outgoing invoices to our fleet partners on a weekly cycle. You don’t need to be a CPA. What matters most is that you’re genuinely comfortable and accurate in QuickBooks Online. This role works closely with our existing accounting support and has room to grow in scope as our fleet accounting volume increases.
What you’ll do
- Process incoming shop/vendor invoices for fleet glass jobs in QBO
- Prepare and send outgoing invoices to fleet partners — outgoing invoices go out weekly by Monday or Tuesday to align with partner AP cycles
- Reconcile fleet claim billing against vendor bills and partner remittances
- Flag discrepancies, missing invoices, or billing issues promptly
- Support month-end reconciliation alongside our accountant
What we’re looking for
- Solid, hands-on QuickBooks Online experience — you don’t need to be certified, but you need to genuinely know your way around QBO from real work experience
- Comfortable with invoice processing and reconciliation
- Detail-oriented — this work directly affects partner relationships and cash flow
- Reliable weekly availability early in the week (Monday/Tuesday) to hit invoicing deadlines
- Based in or near Lancaster, PA — remote day-to-day, with occasional in-person training/check-ins
- Your own fast, reliable computer and internet, and a quiet, focused work environment
Schedule & pay
- 10–15 hours/week, flexible day-to-day, but must reliably cover Monday/Tuesday for weekly invoicing
- Starting at $20/hour · paid bi-weekly as a 1099 independent contractor
- Remote work, with occasional in-person training/check-ins in the Lancaster, PA area

The role
Glass.com is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Intern to help tell our story across platforms. You’ll create content that reaches drivers, fleet partners, and the auto glass community — with real ownership and mentorship, not busywork. This is a paid, part-time role that’s a great fit for a student or early-career creative building a portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Create posts and captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Design simple graphics and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Help keep a consistent posting calendar
- Pitch fresh content ideas that fit the Glass.com brand
- Watch what’s performing and share what’s working
What we’re looking for
- A creative eye and a strong sense for good social content
- Comfortable making graphics and short video (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Familiar with today’s major platforms and trends
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Current students and early-career creatives welcome — a portfolio or sample posts help but aren’t required
The details
- Part-time, ~10–15 hours/week with a flexible schedule
- Starting at $15/hour
- Remote, or hybrid if you’re near our Lancaster, PA area
- Room to grow as we scale
