Problem with confirming time of arrival and new install didn't get completed because new glass experienced breakage

My rear window was totally destroyed. Glass America was able to come to my house the very next day. The tech was very polite, knowedgable, and quick. I will recommend this company to all my friends.

Entire process was easy to arrange, very convenient, and done right. Price of the job was a little less than nearby auto glass shops. But it was a good bit more than originally quoted online.

Fast, punctual and great work! Safelite cancelled our appointments 3 WEEKS in a row with no show no call. I call these guys at 6:00pm after Safelite cancelled for the third time. Glass America was there THE NEXT DAY at 2:00pm and knocked it out in about an hour. AND they had a better price.
I had an appointment with a confirmation number, then the local shop texted to me confirm or be canceled. I didn't see the text until the appointment was canceled. WTH??
