Excellent technician!!
My windshield was placed the day after I contacted Arrow Auto Glass. They came to my office to complete the work. The cost was exactly the same as the quote which was at least $100 less than everyone else. The person that replaced my windshield was very kind and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
No one called me back to set up an appointment to have my windshield replaced. I was told I would get a call back with four hours last Friday. No one called.

The techs were great. Overall the experience was fine. My only complaint is that I received one quote by email, another by a lady calling me and a third and higher rate when it was time to write the check. Three different amounts.

Todd was a professionial in his trade and he had 7 app0intments that day and I was numbet 3 and he got here around 10:45 am and was finished around 12 noon. He was relentless in his craft. He deserves a raise and he was so polite and is a true asset to your company.
