Am looking forward to working the team at Caliber. Great bunch of folks
This was an awful experience. I would never do business with this Caliber Collision in Anna, Texas or any of them again. Here's why:
Last Thursday, 6/11, I booked an appointment over the phone and spoke to what I assumed was an actual person and not a robot. Long story short- I had a confirmed booked appointment at 8am. on 6/12. I got there at 7:50am. They immediately indicated that "Caliber Auto Glass" was a completely different company and that they had no idea anything about anything. The old gal indicated that the merely have the same name of Caliber in the name of the companies and that's it. Wow.
Anyway- I patiently waited until around until 11:30, when I was told that they actually weren't going to be able to help me after all- something about "Calibration" and that I have the manufacturer's original parts (why wouldn't I?) and that it's so much harder for them.
Then, the cowardly manager on site got an older manager to get another dude to call me on the phone and tell me to leave and find a "ma-and-pa" place to be serviced. Or the dealership. Seriously, this person told me to just figure it out otherwise. So I was given my key back and drove back 40 miles from where I came, wondering how to repair my windshield.
I am very surprised at the level of failure here all around although a gleaming hope was the dark-haired, younger lady (who was allowed to bring her young son to work that day- cool!) That gal was very nice and definitely tried to help me.
