It was a good experience. I have one complaint which is really just an observation, I would suggest that in the directions regarding the length of time it takes for the repair is if you are early like I was at 8 am that there is language stating that you wait time may be shorter. If I had known that it was going to take less than 1 hour or one hour and a half, I would have stayed and waited for the vehicle rather than take a half day off. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience from the online ordering to the customer service representative (so friendly and informative).
