installer was very polite, worked fast, did a very clean installation!
I have left a message for ez glass and have not yet gotten a response concerning a problem with the inside windshield paneling which was not put back in properly
No showed twice. Showed up on third try, still late.
At time of (not before) first scheduled appointment, they called to reschedule to the afternoon. Highly annoying because it messed up my plans for day, but I agreed in order to the get the windshield replaced and move on with my life. I called 1 hour prior to the new afternoon time to confirm we were still good to go. They confirmed still good to go on the phone. They never arrived. I called multiple times and they answered.
Whatever. Moving on.
Two days later they call to say they can be there in a few minutes. Wow, that's pretty bold. I told them I was not interested in their business after two no shows. Dispatcher proceeded to tell me it was a super rare windshield and that I would not be able to find anywhere else (untrue). I assume they already had the windshield from their supplier now and just needed to get rid of it. I negotiated a (barely) reduced price and said fine, I'm home this afternoon. They arrived, and were still 30 minutes late after the time they promised to arrive.
All phone conversations were friendly and professional. The two installers were professional.
Glass installation itself seemed fine, but obviously TBD until after a few rainstorms
But how can I recommend a service this unreliable and with such terrible communication?
Technicians did there best. I was charged for calibration which was never done.

Schedule 3 times Did not show up to replace the windshield
Showed up late didn't have the correct glass once you get the correct glass and then tried to charge me double what's quoted. I did inform them multiple times before their initial showing up that it was a split windshield.

Gave me a 10-1 time frame, didn't hear from them till after 2pm. Said they found a scratch on my replacement glass so we rescheduled for the following day. Next day, same 10-1 time frame, I had to call them well after 1pm after not hearing from them. Horrible communication and customer service. Cancelled my order and will not be recommending to anybody. It takes 10 minutes for a phone call or text, unacceptable....

I was supposed to receive a call within 4 hours about my quote. 4 days later, no one has reached out to me.
On the scheduled date of installation, he text me said he had a flat tire couldn’t make it that day wanted to come the next day I canceled the appointment went with another company

I HAD MY REAR GLASS REPLACED ON MY VEHICLE. EVER SINCE THE VISION THEU THIS WINDOW HAS BEEN BLURRY. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THE REP STATED I WOULD GET A CALL BACK TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS ISSUE. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. AFTER THE INSTALL MY LIFT GAIT IS NOT CURRENTLY WORKING. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO LET THEM KNOW OF THE SITUATION. MY INSURANCE COMPANY CONTACTED THE EZ GALSS COMPANY ON 3 WAY AND REP STATED HE WOULD GIVE A CALL BACK ON 8-21-24 AND HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK SINCE
From the initial phone call which was a disconnect the lady called right back. She hooked me up with ez glass. Spoke with Ron and scheduled appointment. He called back to verify info. The tech, I forget his name, shame on me. Called the morning of said he would be there at 945. Showed up at 937. Went about his work in a professional manner. Covered hood to prevent any damage. Before I knew it he was done. Truly a great experience from start to finish.

From the time I spoke to the tech , until he got to the house was dead on what he told me. In all honesty i waited a couple of minutes doing doing something and by the time I got downstairs and out the door he had the windshield out already. Super tech rep. No one but EZ will ever touch any of my families cracked glass.

The tint on my back window glass melted so bad that it could not be removed without removing the defrost lines and scratching the glass. I requested a quote from EZ Glass to replace the glass. I received a call back within a half an hour and they were able to come out and replace the glass that same day.
