From the time I spoke to the tech , until he got to the house was dead on what he told me. In all honesty i waited a couple of minutes doing doing something and by the time I got downstairs and out the door he had the windshield out already. Super tech rep. No one but EZ will ever touch any of my families cracked glass.
I had a easy time sitting up an appt. I was given an appt that worked for me and they came to my home. The installers were on time , friendly efficient and left no mess. The price was less than any other place I called. I would absolutely use them again. I highly recommend this company!

Superb experience. Fernando was an expert---and a gentleman. He even (very carefully) put my Inspection Sticker back on the new windshield and gave me two Velcro stickers for my EZ Pass tag.
Do not bother with anyone else. Just use this company.

Never got a call back
I was supposed to receive a call within 4 hours about my quote. 4 days later, no one has reached out to me.
On the scheduled date of installation, he text me said he had a flat tire couldn’t make it that day wanted to come the next day I canceled the appointment went with another company
