My interactions with Chattanooga "Auto Glass Service" manager Patrick Caraway are a breath of fresh air in the polluted world of business today.
Patrick has gone out of his way to help me with my older vehicle windshield parts replacement. Since the van needs some minor body work repair done around the windshield he technically can not install the windshield by company rules and policy and he can’t accept the work order sent from I totally understand his concern for following company rules.
