Quick service, but the window button didn’t work after replacement of the glass. Original tech couldn’t figure it out, but said someone would be in touch. No one was in touch. After waiting the full next day for contact, I called and was able to make a follow up appointment for service by another tech. He never showed two days later for the scheduled appointment. I had to call again and am waiting to hear back. Terrible customer service experience. The original tech was helpful and even recommend I message him personally if I didn’t hear back. I didn’t want to bother him but clearly I need help.
