Tim, the technician, did an outstanding job! The scheduling was a bit challenging due to the recent tornado that hit NWA which has caused some additional work for the team. I appreciate his willingness to make it happen and Samantha's, the dispatcher, willingness to work the schedule to get us taken care of. Thank you Glass America!
