The tech was efficient professional and polite. I would highly recommend him and the service.

Just in case this survey is used to give him a hard time, my installer did not explain the difference between repair and replacement because the window was shattered into 1 thousand pieces.

He was on time, he did a great job vacuuming the shattered glass out of my car. It only took him about 20 minutes to complete the entire job including the clean-up.
