Great value for a windshield replacement. People setting up appointments were helpful and accommodating for my complicated needs. Technician installing glass was rather rude and overall rubbed me the wrong way. Made comments about the light bar on my truck and criticized missing clips within the windshield wiper housing. He said he would call me when completed. I had a missed call from a random number unsure if it was him I went outside to check and to which I asked if he had just attempted to call and he dumb foundedly looked at me and said no but you sure do get a lot of breaks from work don't ya. I turned around and went back inside quite dumb founded myself. The call center and the over all price paid for the glass replacement is why the review is 3 stars and not less. Overall process was great. Install technician not so much.
The work looks fine (replacing windshield), but the installer and customer service was bad. He was rude and short, seemed upset. The window was wet from rain and he rudely told me I needed to find towels. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have them but whatever. All in all just wasn’t professional and lacked basic customer service skills.
I was hoping for the darker tint but am OK with the factory tint as installed. Overall it was great service,he called early, showed up on time and did quick efficient work. A true pro! I thought they were very reasonably priced for such quick service,and that's coming from the king of cheap skates! I would definitely use them again
My installer was efficient and timely. It was a pleasure to have him work on my car. I give him the highest praise and recommendations.
