Installer did not arrive in the scheduled window and only after they missed the window did they tell me it would be another several hours. THen they didn't say they were on their way until late evening, so I asked them to come the next day. Once the repair was done it was very challenging to get the payment completed. They also didn't specify tinted glass like I thought we discussed on the phone.
The entire process has been pretty easy from the beginning. I was able to go online and receive my quote within two minutes. I then spoke with a representative on the Phone who scheduled an appointment and told me that I should hear from my technician by 930 day of my appointment. They were very knowledgeable. On the day of my appointment I received a text promptly at 9 AM with my technicians information. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He had the wrong size glass, but was very apologetic and empathetic and really made what could’ve turned out to be a bad experience. He put a temporary cover on the window so I’m able to drive it. It has been a smooth process so far and I look forward to the completion.
Tech came at the time specified. Called when he was on his way. I left the Jeep in the driveway and he started the window replacement as soon as he arrived. Very nice job and all pieces were properly installed. Will definitely use Glass America for all my glass needs going forward! Thank you!!
