I am VERY unsatisfied with the glass installation because it rattles when I’m driving. I reported this problem yesterday and have yet to hear back from anyone about fixing it. I am going to seek further actions to resolve this problem.

Very professional service and great results. Handled my windshield replacement very well, and comes with warranty on the work. Would highly recommend over other services that have larger advertising budgets.
John was very good over the phone and I was not present during the installation. Once I got home, I noted that the lowering and raising the window results in movement of the door panel and it squeaks. There are two optical imperfections in the glass and the top ridge has a bump in it. Can't say i'm thirilled with the end result. Your price was great but the end product was quite disappointing.
