They were able to come the time and day that I needed. I live in pa and they are located in NJ. They were 150.00 cheaper then name brand company that comes out. Thank you so much.

They failed to come out for 2 separate appointments. Last Saturday I had a 8-11 window. They changed it to a 12-2.... Never came or called. I called around 4 and they said they have to cancel. Said they will come Monday morning at 7am. I told them I run a trucking business and has to have glass put in so I can deliver load out of state. Monday they was a no call and no show. I called the 888 # and man answered and said he will call tech for ETA. It's now Wednesday no call
Took less than 30mins to replace my windshield on my c250! Very competitively priced. They scheduled the night before and mobile van came out in the morning! Would highly recommend!

I never do reviews, I just don’t like to waste time really. But I had to give this place what they deserve. They went above and beyond to fix my window. I drove a special car. I drive a GT 43 AMG so it needed a special part. The team contacted exactly who they needed to, got the best rate for me and got the job done correctly. They main thing was making sure I’m not over charged and getting the job done right with the right parts
Scheduled an appointment for 12-3pm on Thursday 1/30/25 for mobile service due to someone breaking in my car the night before. Called service at 2:30pm, representative assured me I was next to be serviced and someone would come to my house shortly . At 5pm, I called for ETA for representative to say they would not be coming and had to schedule for next day. I am 8 months pregnant. I rescheduled a doctors appt and took off of work to wait all day. The representatives I spoke with were very nonchalant and not caring to the situation. When asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was none. Would not recommend.
